Small-town summer events are kind of the heartbeat of places like Glenwood. Lawn chairs line the streets, kids run around downtown, local food vendors set up, and everybody gathers together for one of those classic Arkansas community nights. Stars & Stripes Fest is bringing that feeling back to downtown Glenwood with a parade, live music, food trucks, games, and a full evening of patriotic small-town celebration.
